The App may display third-party advertisements, which are provided by external advertisers. Your interactions with third-party advertisements are solely between you and the respective advertisers.
The App offers subscription plans that provide access to additional features or content ("Subscription Plan"). The available Subscription Plans, including their duration, pricing, and features, will be displayed within the App.
The Subscription Plan is billed on a recurring basis for the specified duration (e.g., weekly) and will automatically renew unless canceled. By subscribing to a Subscription Plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using the payment method associated with your App Store account.
You may cancel the auto-renewal of your Subscription Plan at any time by following the instructions provided within the App or through your App Store account settings. If you cancel the auto-renewal, your Subscription Plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
(a) Your Rights: During the active subscription period, you have the right to access and use the features and content included in your chosen Subscription Plan, subject to these Terms.
(b) Our Obligations: We will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted access to the Subscription Plan features and content. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Subscription Plan or the App, with or without notice.
(a) General Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Once a payment is processed, no refund will be provided for the current billing period. Subscription cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of Subscription Plans at any time. Any changes to the pricing will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept the new pricing or cancel your Subscription Plan before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Subscription Plan and the App at any time, with or without cause, and without liability to you. In the event of termination, your Subscription Plan will be canceled, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of us or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.
